Senior Talent Acquisition: Events & Freelance (Dubai)

Talent BluePrint is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Events & Freelance Recruitment to drive end-to-end hiring for major events, exhibitions, and large-scale live projects in Dubai and across the GCC.

You will manage freelance and selected full-time roles, build proactive talent pipelines, and coordinate interviews and onboarding to ensure rapid, high-quality deployments in a fast-paced environment.
