About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Development Consultant to join a leading training provider.

Key Responsibilities

Client Advisory & Sales

• Lead consultative discussions with SME clients (business owners, HR leaders or senior management teams) to understand and identify organisational and workforce‑related challenges.
• Recommend solutions like leadership training, e‑learning, and team building from company’s diagnostic tools and methodologies.
• Create and present high‑quality business proposals & solutions to clients.
• Own and drive personal sales and gross profit targets.
• Build strong rapport with clients, identify opportunities to expand and deepen client partnerships.

Team Leadership & Coaching

• Lead, coach, and manage 1–2 Talent Development Consultants on client engagement, diagnosis, proposal quality, and stakeholder management.
