RINA is currently recruiting for a Senior Talent Recruiter to join its office in Mumbai within the Global Human Resources Division.​

Mission

The Senior Recruiter, under the direction of and in collaboration with the local Head of Human Resources/Recruitment, is responsible for creating and delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting strategies.
