Position Overview
**Title :** **Senior Technical Consultant** (WFS Senior Sys Setup & Integration Analyst)
**Responsibilities:**
+ Obtain and maintain certification in WFS Product Suite applications required to perform the role
+ Participate in facilitation of client workshops either onsite or remotely demonstrating understanding in best practices during the implementation of Workforce Management Software
+ Creating and maintaining the Solution Design, use cases and process diagrams.
+ Understand the customer needs in the development of strategic plans
+ Continue to Learn WFS product configuration requirements (i.e., naming conventions, importing templates, database structure, customizations, proper sequencing)
+ Responsible for configuring WFS Suite according to customer business requirements using JavaScript, HTML, SQL or other scripting tools.
+ Write complex formulas that leverage mathematical and/or programming skills
