Senior Technical Services Lead – Building Systems

Mapletree Investments is seeking a Technical Services professional in Singapore to provide technical support and industry knowledge across its asset portfolio. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' experience in building facilities management and project management, specializing in M&E areas. Responsibilities include managing budgets, leading projects, and providing solutions for mechanical and structural issues. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with SAP is preferred. A degree in Engineering is required.
