Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Technical Writer & Knowledge Architect
to lead the modernization of enterprise technical documentation supporting complex communications, networking, cloud, and hardware platforms. This is much more than a traditional technical writing role. The successful candidate will transform years of engineering documentation into a structured, searchable knowledge platform that supports engineers, field technicians, operations teams, enterprise customers, and AI-powered support systems.
Working closely with Systems Engineering, Software Development, Network Engineering, Product Management, Customer Support, and AI teams, you will establish documentation standards, build a centralized knowledge repository, and prepare engineering content for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Large Language Model (LLM) applications.
