Applies extensive, in-depth knowledge, skills, and practices to perform complex assignments.What will you do?Operation Support
Day to day monitoring, care and feeding of a global Windows Client OS and MECM infrastructure to maintain application health and availability.
Ensure all SQL maintenance jobs as well as application maintenance jobs run to maintain application health.
Participate in various annual disaster recovery exercises as needed.
Planning and execution of change records related to deployments, infrastructure changes, maintenance and implementation of new features as needed.
