Position Overview
The Senior Total Rewards & People Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting and managing key activities across payroll, benefits, compensation analysis, HR operations, HRIS, employee lifecycle processes, and people reporting.
The role requires strong knowledge of Egypt payroll practices, labor law, tax, social insurance, statutory requirements, and compensation practices. The position will also supervise and coordinate the work of 3 People Operations team members, ensuring accurate execution, timely delivery, and continuous improvement across People Operations processes.
