Senior Transaction Execution & Contract Performance Lead

AD Ports Group is seeking a Senior Transaction Execution Lead to orchestrate multi‑disciplinary transaction execution across legal, finance, BD/M&A, engineering, procurement, HR and operations in Abu Dhabi. You will manage governance, milestones and evidence of completion to protect value and readiness.

You will lead cross‑functional CP workstreams, build dashboards, track risks, and ensure timely decisions with regional leadership across IO investments and major transactions.
