We are looking to bring on a Senior UX Researcher & Designer to our growing team. This person will be a part of our current team of 5 while also being a key member of our broader Experience Design, Marketing, and Research divisions.

What we need is someone who has 5+ years of experience working in full lifecycle EX/UX initiatives working within an enterprise environment. These projects will include sitting down with key stakeholders for creating business requirement documents (BRDs), running qualitative and quantitative research, defining/driving KPIs, and then presenting results to other business units on findings and continuous improvement.
