What youll do as the Senior Vehicle Technician: Lead complex diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles. Mentor and guide junior technicians and apprentices. Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and top-quality workmanship. Support the owner in building a high-performance, professional team. Requirements of the Senior Vehicle Technician: NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent). MOT Tester qualification. 10+ years vehicle mechanics experience, including diagnostics.
