• Oversee warehouse activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Allocate manpower and monitor productivity levels throughout the shift.
• Ensure necessary picking is planned and prepared according to dashboard.
• Ensure all safety protocols and work instructions are followed strictly.
• Lead 5S/6S initiatives for the warehouse.
• Provide on‑job training and performance feedback to staff.
• Gather feedback from ground staff and report to executive/manager.
• Stand in as operator/admin when shorthanded.
• Liaise with customers on exceptions and special handling requests.
• Monitor usage and condition of MHE.
• Maintain and service MHE.
• Ensure all IT assets are in operational condition and take necessary steps to ensure operational continuity in case of IT equipment downtime.
