Senior Wellsite Drilling Leader

SLB in Villahermosa, Tabasco, Mexico seeks a Drilling Well Site Leader to plan, coordinate, supervise, and execute the well operations program with a strong emphasis on HSE and regulatory compliance.

You will lead site meetings, manage resources and costs, monitor risks, and ensure operations meet contractual and policy standards while working with PL, contractors, and customers. Engineering degree and 8+ years experience, plus advanced English, are required.
