Otte Polo Group is looking for a high-performance SEO Lead who doesn't just optimize pages — but builds, executes, measures, and scales SEO as a predictable revenue channel.

This role is for someone who has personally executed SEO strategies, understands what drives ROI, and can now lead a small team of SEO specialists while staying hands-on when needed.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose why traffic or rankings are not converting
• Identify what's broken
• Build a strategy to fix it
• Execute or direct execution
• Tie SEO activity directly to revenue outcomes

This is not a theoretical role. This is execution + leadership + ROI accountability.
