About the Role
The Server will act as an ambassador of the Hermès Toronto boutique by elevating the guest experience through impeccable service.
Your primary focus is seamlessly managing our premium refreshments and snack services.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
* Seamlessly prepare and present high-end coffee, tea, beverages, and light snacks to guests with the highest level of grace and etiquette.
* Maintain a consistently respectful, discreet, and attentive presence, ensuring all client interactions reflect the elevated service standards and refined atmosphere of the boutique.
* Keep the store floor, kitchenette, and seating spaces clean, organized, and restocked throughout the day.
