About the Role
We are seeking a customer-focused and technically aware Service Advisor to act as the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop team. The role involves understanding customer concerns coordinating service and repair activities ensuring excellent communication throughout the service process and delivering a high-quality customer experience that drives satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Service Intake
Greet customers professionally and understand their vehicle service or repair requirements.
Conduct initial vehicle inspection and accurately record customer concerns.
Explain service recommendations timelines and estimated costs clearly.
Workshop Coordination
Prepare job cards and assign work to technicians based on expertise and workload.
Coordinate with the workshop to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
