Primary Responsibilities

• Clearly explain automotive issues, repair solutions, and service recommendations to customers.
• Provide accurate service estimates and discuss potential costs with customers.
• Schedule service appointments and manage the service workflow to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure that repairs and services are completed according to customer specifications and within set timeframes.
• Promote the company’s products and services, including maintenance packages, repairs, and parts, to customers.
• Upsell additional services and products based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
• Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
