Position Overview

Honeycomb is pleased to be partnering with our client, an industry leading company, to recruit a Service Co-ordinator for their team based in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of an established business that continues to grow within a dynamic industry.
The Service Co-ordinator plays an important role within the business. You will work closely with senior management to ensure the smooth day-to-day coordination of service operations, managing job flow and supporting site teams. Key responsibilities include:
Working closely with senior management to manage the daily job flow, coordinating site teams and ensuring works are allocated efficiently.
Acting as the main contact for in-house engineers, scheduling callouts and ensuring any required equipment is booked on to the job order.
Updating and maintaining client portals, ensuring all documentation is uploaded accurately and project information remains up to date.
