Position Overview

Job Summary:

The Social Service Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the well-being of our residents by identifying their needs and coordinating appropriate services. This position involves building relationships with community service providers, developing health and wellness programs, and advocating for residents. There is an immediate opening for a full-time, 40 hours a week, Social Service Coordinator split between Bethel Manor I, II and Winona Shores with a total of 159 older adult residential units located in Alexandria, MN.
