Position Overview
- Deliver excellent customer service: greet guests, take orders, and serve food efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and smooth daily operations of the dining area
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally
- Ensure all food handling and preparation comply with Halal standards
- Monitor ingredients, storage, and processes to prevent cross-contamination
- Maintain basic Halal documentation and support audits when required
- Guide team members on proper Halal and hygiene practices
