• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Recommend menu items and promote specials to increase sales
• Handle cashiering and payment transactions
• Serve food and maintain cleanliness of dining area
• Assist customers with hotpot preparation and dining experience
• Follow restaurant hygiene and service standards

Job Requirements

• Able to upsell menu items confidently
• Basic cashiering skills preferred
• Previous experience in Chinese restaurant or hotpot restaurant is an advantage
• Positive attitude, responsible, and team player
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
