Position Overview

Position Description:

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office at a minimum 3 days per week - subject to change at any time.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

The SDM works closely with clients and multiple CGI Teams to manage the governance of services obligated by contracts within the financial services space
Responsibilities include:
• Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management
• Contract Management, including Service Level Agreement Adherence
• Opportunity Identification & Change Management
• Financial Management

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 5+ years of client management experience
• Clear and effective communicator (in writing and verbally)
