Qualifications Requirements/Experience:
Minimum software proficiencies include knowledge of Apple/Windows Operating Systems, Various Web Browsers, Microsoft Office and the ability to speak comfortably and explain technology. At least 2 years’ experience with the above technologies is preferred. Must have the ability to multi-task and have excellent written and oral communication skills. Basic knowledge of phones/mobile devices, Bluetooth, and App downloads is preferred.
