Position Overview

We are looking for a Service Desk Operator (English & French) for a project, on a hybrid basis, in Lisbon.

Requirements:

  • +3 years of experience as a Service Desk Operator or IT Support Specialist

  • Experience with MS Office and Microsoft operating systems (Windows 7 and 10)

  • Experience troubleshooting PCs/laptops/tablets, VPNs, etc.

  • Knowledge of networks and network protocols

  • Excellent command of English and French (both required)
