Very fluent in English- written and spoken

- technical support on Desk top, lap top, printers Scanner, Email/Messaging, basic Netwokring, Active Directory, internal Applications

- to support via Calls, emails and tickets

- to be able and flexible to work 24X7

Minimum 2 years Service Desk Experience
