Must Have Skills:
Technical & Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal communication, pronunciation, and neutral accent.
- Strong understanding of ITIL concepts and service desk operations (preferred).
- Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Freshservice (optional).
Training Skills
- Ability to deliver engaging training sessions and simplify complex information.
- Experience in voice coaching, communication training, or customer service training.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience
2–5 years of experience in a service desk communication/voice trainer prefered.
