As a Service Engineer for Schleuniger, a Komax Company, you will provide technical support within the designated territory by maintaining contact with established customers, providing customers with technical support and training, and acting as a liaison between the customer and the company. This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, working in the office at our Queretaro, Mexico location.

Main responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Schleuniger machines (electro-mechanical and pneumatic).
• Provide technical support for customers, employees, and sales representatives.
• Travel for field service repairs at the customer's location and repair machines at the office.
• Provide systems (hardware and software) troubleshooting as required for CST machines.
• Provide machine operator and maintenance training for our customers and sales representatives.
