Key Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of a sustainable after‑sales service program in the ME & EWA region to support commercial strategies
• Develop service sales to meet agreed sales and margin targets
• Implement quality improvement and warranty reduction programs
• Maintain customer satisfaction on repair times, quality and costs through service management
• Ensure after‑sales KPIs for service transactions and helpdesk are met
• Serve as the owner and key contact for escalated service and quality issues within the region
• Understand end‑user, dealer and distributor requirements and implement appropriate actions
