Position Overview

SERVICE MANAGER REQUIRED.
Motivated Service Manager to oversee day to day operation of our small Fitting Bay.

The successful candidate will ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard whilst maintaining excellent customer relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Schedule and allocate workload effectively.
  • Liaise with customers providing advice quotations and updates.
  • Manage stock levels and order parts and consumables.
  • Ensure jobs are completed on time and accurately documented.
  • Support any workshop staff as required.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Previous experience in a fitting service or workshop environment essential.
  • strong organisational and customer service skill.
  • Good technical knowledge.
  • Full UK Driving licence essential.
