Position Overview
Service Technicians (Level 1 & 2) are responsible for supporting the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of critical power systems at customer sites. This role works under the guidance of senior technicians or service engineers to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction while building hands-on technical expertise.
This position requires frequent travel on a regular basis, including overnight trips, mostly during the week.
Key Responsibilities-Perform routine preventive maintenance on power systems, UPS equipment, battery systems, and related components in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and internal procedures.-Assist with diagnosing equipment issues and completing repairs under the supervision of lead technicians or service engineers.-Replace faulty components and conduct system testing to confirm proper operation.-Accurately document work performed, including service reports and equipment records.-Support installation, commission...
