Trillium has an immediate opening for a Service Technician Assistant in Plantation, MA!

The Service Technician Assistant will be responsible for supporting the field service technicians with installations, service, and repair as needed. Duties include keeping an accurate calendar for appointments, communicating with clients via phone & emails regarding follow-up appointments and recommended services, and supporting material management activities (shipping, receiving, and inventory) at the branch. This role will be working both in the office and in the warehouse.

Schedule is Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Salary ranges from $24-25/hr + quarterly bonus potential of $800.
