At Pearster , we are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer / Business Systems Analyst to join our prominent Canadian fintech client. This hybrid role combines business analysis, solution design, ServiceNow development, and stakeholder engagement to deliver scalable, enterprise solutions across the ServiceNow platform.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and other developers to analyze business requirements, recommend solutions, configure and develop the ServiceNow platform, and support the delivery of enhancements from intake through production.
