Position Overview

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will:
  • Configure, customize, and enhance the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, GlideScript, and platform best practices.
  • Design, implement, and maintain CMDB foundation components, configuration items, and data models.
  • Develop and customize workflows using Flow Designer to automate business processes and integrations.
  • Build AI-enabled solutions using ServiceNow Now Assist and Agentic AI capabilities.
  • Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and other platform components to meet business requirements.
