Senior ServiceNow CMDB / ITOM Technical ConsultantWe are seeking a hands-on Senior ServiceNow CMDB / ITOM Technical Consultant to support a focused CMDB improvement programme. Working alongside architects, product owners, and technical teams, you will help enhance CMDB data quality, Discovery, Service Mapping, integrations, automation, reporting, and remediation processes.
Location: UK-based, with onsite presence in Cambridge two days per week.
Key Responsibilities

Configure, develop, and troubleshoot ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM solutions.

Improve CMDB data quality, addressing duplicate, stale, orphaned, and iplete CIs.

Support CMDB Health, dashboards, reporting, and remediation activities.

Manage and troubleshoot Discovery, MID Servers, credentials, schedules, and patterns.

Validate Service Mapping and CI relationships for key services.
