Responsibilities
- Develop and support ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and CSM modules
- Build scripts and workflows using JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow best practices
- Implement integrations with REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server
- Support platform architecture, configuration, and maintenance
Requirements
- 4-5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Strong experience with ITSM and CSM
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture
- Advanced English
