The individual will be responsible for designing and customising ServiceNow applications, portals, and integrations, while ensuring platform stability and continuous improvement.
What you will do

Develop and customise ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
Design and enhance ServiceNow Service Portals to ensure comprehensive feature coverage.
Implement and manage complex third-party integrations using web services and plugins.
Maintain and optimise CMDB and Asset Management processes.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
