Position Overview

Roles & Responsibilities

The Technology Division at Our Customer is responsible for the operations, maintenance, and support of Customer’s Public Facing critical applications and its critical infrastructure, ensuring its operational stability, regulatory compliance and service reliability.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer with 2-3 years of hands‑on experience in developing, configuring, and enhancing the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing solutions, implementing solutions, improving workflows, and delivering high-quality technical outcomes that support business needs. The candidate will also need to collaborate with business and operations teams to deliver their requirements, including building dashboards for reporting and insights.
