Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow OTSM Developer with experience in designing, configuring, and implementing Order and Task Management (OTSM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have expertise in order orchestration, workflow automation, integrations, and ServiceNow development best practices. Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and configure Order and Task Management (OTSM) solutions within ServiceNow.
- Define and manage the complete lifecycle of service orders, including creation, fulfillment, and closure.
- Implement order decomposition by mapping customer orders to service and resource specifications.
- Develop and automate order fulfillment workflows using Flow Designer and ServiceNow Workflows.
- Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP services, and Integration Hub.
