Position Overview

Amaris Consulting is seeking a ServiceNow L2/L3 support professional to monitor and optimize the ServiceNow platform in a production environment. You will handle medium to high complexity incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent outages.

The role requires hands-on configuration, workflow development, and strong ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change management experience. Excellent English communication and teamwork are essential.
