We’re looking for a Senior professional with strong ServiceNow ITAM and Software Asset Management (SAM) development and leadership experience to join the EY GDS ServiceNow team. Your key responsibilities

  • Lead ServiceNow ITAM/SAM development and implementation activities, ensuring alignment with client requirements

  • Design, develop and configure Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) solutions including software normalization, reconciliation, and compliance tracking

  • Implement and customize ITAM modules covering hardware asset management (HAM) and software asset lifecycle processes

  • Build and enhance workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and Flow Designer solutions specific to ITAM processes
