Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team. Requirements Lead the technical delivery of ServiceNow solutions within the delivery pod. Act as the primary hands-on architect for Agentic AI solution development and ensure high-quality technical deliverables. Design and implement Agentic AI solutions using Model Context Protocol (MCP). Conduct technical discovery workshops with customers to understand business and technical requirements. Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub Spokes. Develop and customize solutions using Glide Script, server-side scripting, Flow Designer, and Automated Test Framework (ATF).
