Position Overview
As an intern in Services Delivery Department, you will support back-office activities of Customer Service, ensuring smooth operations and enhancing service delivery.
**You are responsible for** :
+ Supporting Customer Service daily activities
+ Updating internal database with Work Instructions
+ Preparing Lean Daily Management boards
+ Creating database with medical equipment to be updated in SAP and Salesforce
+ Perform easy daily activities in SAP and Salesforce for various markets related contracts, billing, parts administration
**You're the right fit if:**
+ You are currently enrolled as a student
+ You are fluent in English at least B2 level
+ You know basics of Excel and Word
+ You are available to work at least 30 hours/week
