Administrative Assistant
Key Responsibilities
Manage job creation, invoicing, and purchase orders using internal systems.Maintain and update databases, pricing information, and digital records.Support proposal and tender preparation by coordinating documentation and ensuring timely submissions.Monitor invoices and coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing or administrative issues.Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation.Provide administrative support to the team and collaborate with internal stakeholders.Perform other administrative duties as assigned.Qualifications
