Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner Understand customer needs and recommend suitable FMCG products Ensure proper display, arrangement, and replenishment of products on shelves Maintain cleanliness and overall organization of the store Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor Handle billing and cash transactions accurately Achieve daily and monthly sales targets Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and schemes to customers Check product expiry dates and follow FIFO (First In First Out) method Handle customer queries and resolve complaints effectively Coordinate with warehouse/store team for timely stock replenishment Maintain records of sales and inventory as required Support store opening and closing activities Skills & Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic sales and customer handling skills Knowledge of FMCG products is an added advantage Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Bas...
