Beans & Brews Coffee House is now hiring full time and part time shift Leaders. We are searching for enthusiastic, motivated and responsible people that have a love for coffee and would enjoy learning more about the world of specialty coffee as well as basic management skills. The Shift Leader position is the entry-level management position at Beans & Brews. Shift Leaders are responsible for making sure the Coffee House is in compliance with Beans & Brews operational standards. Position starts at $15 per hour + tips.
