Job purpose

Our Technical team are at the heart of our business. They are responsible for ensuring we produce high quality and safe products for our Customers and Consumers while complying with all Legislative and Regulatory requirements for Food Processing. They aim to maintain our Quality Assurance Culture and Health and Safety Culture with all staff of O'Brien Fine Foods which is continually reviewed for effectiveness and improvement, the key objective is to have all staff empowered and taking ownership for Quality and Health and Safety. They lead all stages of product development and delivery including idea, creative development, consumer testing, customer approval and execution.
