Shop Administrator – Mississauga, ON

Responsibilities

  • Maintain equipment and material tracking information.
  • Support the Shop Coordinator with equipment and material requests, purchasing and receiving activities.
  • Administer and track company gas cards and 407 transponders.
  • Allocate shop charges to projects.
  • Collect, maintain, and electronically file required shop documentation.
  • Support the preventative maintenance program by updating maintenance records.
  • Administer shop purchase orders and process invoice coding.
