Summary

The Shuttle Driver will be responsible for assisting with vehicle movement, giving shuttle rides and performing valet pickups and drop offs as well as maintaining the dealership’s appearance while delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly and professional attitude, answers their questions, and directs them to the appropriate person or location. Give shuttle rides and perform valet pick‑ups and drop offs. Determines if customers coming into service have an appointment. Records customer’s name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage. Move and park vehicles in the dealership premises and maintain flow of traffic.
