We're looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team and support mission-critical telephony and contact center operations Role: SIP, Network & Genesys Dialer Support Specialist Experience: 8–10+ Years Location: Bangalore Notice period - Immediate to 15 days only Key Responsibilities ✅ Advanced SIP protocol analysis and troubleshooting ✅ Administration and optimization of Genesys Cloud CX / Genesys Engage Outbound Dialer ✅ Management and troubleshooting of Session Border Controllers (SBCs) ✅ MPLS, QoS, SIP/RTP transport, and network diagnostics ✅ Firewall, NAT, and ACL configuration for SIP communications ✅ Campaign management, pacing optimization, DNC compliance, CPA/AMD troubleshooting ✅ Root Cause Analysis using packet capture tools such as Wireshark Required Technical Expertise SIP, RTP, VoIP signaling, and troubleshooting Genesys Cloud CX or Genesys Engage Outbound Dialer administration Session Border Controllers (SBCs) and SIP security AudioCodes MediaPack/Mediant gate...
