Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, including subcontractor works, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project schedules. 
Monitor site progress regularly, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely project completion. 
Coordinate and manage manpower deployment, material planning, ordering, and delivery to support smooth project execution. 
Ensure all construction works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and relevant authority requirements. 
Prepare and submit monthly progress reports for internal management, clients, and consultants, highlighting project milestones, achievements, and key challenges. 
Compile weekly site progress reports and prepare necessary project submissions in a timely manner.
